Baking from the Garden!

Vegan Gingerbread Cookies: Just in Time for Santa’s Arrival
One of my absolute favorite holiday traditions is making gingerbread! Every year on my little brother’s birthday, we clear our schedules, turn up the Christmas tunes and bake and decorate to our hearts content. Now, I’m all about keeping true to the original recipe, however, since turning vegan I made a few tweaks to our yearly tradition and started making vegan gingerbread cookies. In my opinion, these are even better than regular gingerbread cookies–the dough is chewier, softer, and can safely be eaten raw…and who doesn’t like munching on raw cookie dough? Continue reading
