One of my absolute favorites is flourless chocolate cake because not only is it crazy simple prepare ahead of time but it also has an amazing, fudge-like consistency and can serve as a fantastic blank canvas for any of your sauces, whipped creams, or fresh fruit compotes….however, I like it just plain and simple with an extra dusting of cocoa powder.
