A Weekend in Italy: Vegan Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta with Blueberry Compote

So today’s recipe is going to be super quick and easy to make and is PERFECT as a last minute dessert. The best part: IT’S A NO BAKE RECIPE! Now obviously I love baking but sometimes you just need a break from the oven. Enter panna cotta. Panna cotta is one of those desserts that you’ve probably had at some point during your culinary ventures on the town or at some friend’s dinner party but weren’t quite sure as to what it was was.
